This group is for weight loss surgery patients who would like support, structure and encouragement in their exercise program. Led by an exercise specialist, participants can use exercise equipment (walking track, treadmills, upright and recumbent bikes, rowing machines, elliptical trainers) and strength training equipment.

The bariatric exercise program is open to patients who have had weight loss surgery at Abbott Northwestern, United or Unity hospital and who are current with their bariatric follow-up appointments.
